Step 1.
Post Your Job & Select a Tradesman
- You will be contacted by three quality tradesmen. Each will provide you with a written quotation
- Each tradesman has their own profile page, providing the information needed for you to make an informed decision
- You will be asked to give feedback on all three tradesmen allowing us to monitor their performance
All tradesmen are vetted & monitored
Step 2.
Accepting the Quote and Making Payment
- Once you are happy and accept a quotation you will be directed to our payments page
- Payment is made to a secure clients services account at Barclays Bank Plc, protecting your funds
- You don’t release payment for works until they are completed and you are satisfied
Payment protection as you don’t release any personal details to a third party
Step 3.
Guarantees & Releasing Payment
- On completion of the job you will receive an invoice and guarantee from your tradesman
- A request will then be sent for you to mark the job as completed and confirm you are satisfied with the works. Once the work has been completed satisfactorily, the money held by Tradesbank will be released to the tradesman.
- You will then receive your Warranted Tradesmen warranty in addition to your tradesman’s own guarantee. Your Warranted Tradesmen warranty is backed by insurance.
- In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the work, we will step in to resolve your complaint using our Complaints Procedure. This procedure is impartial and binding on you, your tradesman and Tradesbank, so everyone knows where they stand. Tradesbank will not release your money until the work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
